Thought you guys might enjoy this. There are several videos and I hope to drive them both up the mountain too this weekend.
I remember all the old Road and Track comparisons.
Technically I should have a Patrol LG 61 which has the 4 speed manual but you get the idea.

Just spent 5 weeks going over these trucks to get them ready for export.
My summary is... I fit way better in the Toyota bench seat being 6 foot 3. I like the smoothness and power of the Nissan engine. Looks to me is a dead tie. They both look great. I love the dash vents on the Nissan (they work well! I wish the Toyos had kept them).
The Nissan has the old crank start which is cool. Worse thing is it has the 3 speed with no synchro in first but it pulls well from 2nd.
And I love the old school split rims and 7.50 x 16 tires on the toyota. Both trucks I get thumbs up down here in Colombia.
