fuel shut off cable

my engine won't shut off! the electric motor which regularly does it when i turn the key back is kaput. i have heard that there is an after market cable assembly which can replace it (like they had on old diesel tractors). right now i leave my HJ60 in third and slowly let the clutch out, not so good. any direction would be appreciated.

my 1971 fj40 with a 85 2f 83 trans & t-case with a 73 wireing harnous does the same thing...
