The rockstars of the Iron Pig Preservation Society deliver again in this great thread!
Was just about to pull the trigger on the Gates 24717 when I decided to search what may have been done previously, and wouldn’t you know, struck GOLD!
The link for the 2” 90° SUPER ELBOW still works!

Trimmed about 9” off of one end. Fits like a glove!
Still need to get a grommet - the link to the one @J Mack posted from Summit still works too, so that’s on its way.
Here’s some pics. I’ll post a couple more when everything is complete.

A discrepancy I encountered with this is the grommet. I ordered the 1.8” ID Seals-It grommet (PN#GS40430) from Summit, but the hose is 2-1/4”/2-3/8” OD. I went ahead and butchered my seal to make it work by cutting out the inner-most ring of seal. Got on Seals-It’s website and the largest ID seal available is 2.11”, which might still be tight. Is this the seal being used with the Super 90°?

What part number did you order?
I thought they went from 1.8" to 2.11". The 1.8" seal would expand to 2" +/- a little and the 2.11 should expand to 2.3" +/- a little. They used to call out the "grip range" of each seal but I cant find it now.
Part # GS50012 (2.11") should work around the rubber hose.
FYI I used the (1.8") Part # GS40430 around the 2" steel tube.

I ordered the one you used without thinking about it, which has the 1.88” ID. My guess is that the wall of the hose is somewhere between 1/8” - 3/16”, which puts the OD around 2-1/4” - 2-3/8”. I tried like heck to squeeze that hose through there but it wouldn’t go.

Seems like you could make this grommet work but you would have to enlarge the center hole. I have a set of large hole punches but not sure I have anything 2"+. I have the grommet loose but haven't pulled the fuel hose yet so my measurements might be off a little bit but I roughly measure the opening at 3.1" and the OEM fuel hose OD at 2.06", FWIW.

The overall OD of the grommet I referenced is 3.75" so it would easily cover that opening. Even if the flange diameter is a little large for the opening, it's not like that hose is going to move around much given it's rigidity. It would certainly protect the hose from the sheet metal and look the part - not that anyone is likely to be crawling around underneath to check.

@RUSH55 will be under everyone's Pigs at the next Pig Party to measure shackle angles.

He will also be inspecting everyone's hose.

Wait, what???
