Hi there all

Well the 2H has been in the MWB for about a month but due yet again work committments I have only use 2 tanks of fuel.

I didnt keep a real accurate record of fuel consumtion when I had the 3b engine fitted - what sort of fuel consumption from standard would you expect to obtain?

Currently I am getting around 450 -550km per tank of fuel - but there is lots of variables with this - time will tell and still only early days.

I will await the foums views.

Fuel figures

Hi there

I will stand corrected - when my BH73 is empty, it ususally takes about 60 -65lt, therefore I assumed they were about a 70lt tank.

I will have to look into this - and check.

catch ya all later

Fuel consumption

Hi there all

Well back home from work again.

Well you are right the MWB in the manual states it has a 90lt fuel tank - but I thought it only had a 65lt. My resaoning when its empty I just refull it and it takes on average 63-65lt - must still another 25lt wihtin the tank in reserve (need to run it dry one day).

Well after a few trips the vehicle in my views is reasonable economical - averaging around the 13 - 15lt per 100km (got no idea what this would be in Miles? - approx 650 on 90lt tank (possibly more if driven sensibly)

It any one able to covert this?

Well catch you all later

you see thats what i thought my middie has a 75l tank cos the needle is empty i fill it up and its 65 to 70l for 500/550 km.But it looks like toyo use 1 off the troopy tanks it makes sence.

If the other MWB fuel gauges are like mine,it has to go way past the end of the dial for it to be empty.
I think mine has a over 100 klms left when its on "empty";)

Perhaps when you think its full it actually isn't...
