Somewhere with some sort of Cruiser
all on a 95 1hdft.

I just re-did the timing on my IP, got new injectors, fuel filter, and ACSD delete. Followed FSM, have all the SSTs.

My fuel lines are nice and malleable but cracking slightly. My Fuel filter is really priming and I hear gurgling, the bottom water petcock valve (idk what its called) is leaking when I continually prime the filter. It will start no problems, but like title says almost stalls.

I am going to start first with the plastic water sensor thing on the bottom of the fuel filter. What clear fuel lines are good to go with?

Any other ideas?

Also I am almost positve that i removed all of the copper nozzle seats but I found one i left when I was reinstalling new ones with rebuilt injectors. Would I be able to install the injectors properly and it look "normal" if I stacked to nozzle seat washers?

Don’t have an answer but following to learn.

Upon further inspection, my primer bulb is also leaking, so have a new assembly on the way.

Sounds like air in the system to me. Replace all your fuel lines and primer pump. And I’d bet it fixes it

Used Cheapo in line fuel filter to bypass the primer bulb. Pretty sure that was the problem. Now just working on turbo lag, will be installing an EGT and Boost gauge before tickling things. Clear lines showed no air after the inline filter. Will probably keep the clear lines on since they are the fancy reinforced ones.
