Fs/ft 1970 fj40

-running F Engine
-have both passenger & driver side doors
-all glass in tact
-have rear hatch and tire carrier have passenger and diriver seats
-aftermarket rear bench seat
-steelies with oem hub caps
-lifted 3" with 31x10.5x15 tires bfg's
-i have more parts on hand for this project engine gaskets, door gaskets etc.

i'm moving and i dont have any room to take it with me i was starting to restore it but unfortunately i have to move. i have a clean title for it. i'll take $6500 OBO

Or i'll trade for a Yamaha Raptor 700, Harley Iron 883, Suzuki GSXR750, Triumph Daytona 675R or SE, Yamaha R! or R6, Polaris RZR, sand rail, VW Bus split window type. Let me know what you got.

I gotta 08 RZR that is piped, lifted, winch, sliders, 30" meats, long travel suspension, Fireball ignition w/ hot coil, alum top. I would prob need a couple grand to boot. Just got back from Moab, it did awesome! Plus I have a 52" blade and attachments for it.

Tell me more about the 40. I have three of them now, but who's counting. Is it in pieces like the photos show?

Yes it is still in parts but I do have them in my garage. Doors (passenger and driver, new weather stripping not yet installed , Rear hatch with brand new weather stripping not yet installed, new toyota 15' steelies also have a spare one no tire tho, Tires are about 85-90% BFG I took out the interior because i was going to cut out the rust throughs on the pictures on the link and replace with new metal i also have some spare parts like gaskets, dome light, roll bar, rear bench seat by bestop , brand new radiator installed as well as distributor cap, wires, and spark plugs, i have an extra bracket where the battery tray mounts on. i cant really think of the parts i have on hand i have to look through the boxes. all the windows are intact i have a painless wiring harness installed in it. It has a 3 inch lift on it and she used to be my daily driver before i decided to take her apart and start on my project. She is a good candidate for a restoration! Unfortunately i can't take her with me to my next duty station i have too much crap to take with me and the military wont pay to move a vehicle, but they will put a motorcycle, atv, UTV, Sidexside in the truck. But my next base will be my last and i'm going to buy another FJ40 as soon as i get there. i Just want a straight up trade for something that is manageable.

I Just talked to a guy from Las Vegas he said " What if i buy a used 2010 Raptor that is in excellent condition with a title thats only selling for $5K will you trade with me? i told him as long as the title is clean and the raptor is not stolen then i would trade." Of course he asked me if i could drive the FJ there i told him i couldn't take leave and just drive down there.

Joe, does he mean a RZR??? A "Raptor" is a Ford pk. If he does indeed mean RZR. That is a great price! Make sure it's an 800cc and not the 570cc.

no that is not my tan FJ i wish it was. Thats what i wanted it to look like. The it was a Yamaha Raptor 700SE he showed me pix and it was clean like it was never abused and showroom quality.

i really like your RZR but i don't have a couple grand to go along with my FJ. I'm just looking for straight trades or $$$
