Located in Cullman, AL. Message me for more details with your cell and I'll call you as it's a bit of a long story.

I have the top and doors off of the blue FJ pictured (from TX). They are pristine. I have a very good tub (also from TX) that I had new quarters and a rear sill put in by a body shop that's an FJ enthusiast, former Gas Monkey employee, and mud member as well. He also primed the tub and sprayed the inside with bed liner. The 1F motor I sent out and had professionally rebuilt (have receipts). It's on a stand in the garage. I essentially have the red and blue and primered FJ pictured along with a ton of parts. I have two transmissions and two transfer cases. I have a spare motor that needs rebuilt. I have a FJ40Jim Carb still in the box that he rebuilt for me. I have multiple bezels, roll bar, radiator, gas tanks, OEM hub caps, ratty seats, etc, etc. I don't want to part it out. I want to sell everything FJ40 that I have to one person for one price.

I have over $12k invested and am asking $8000 OBO. Located in north Alabama. I have multiple projects over 6 vehicles, including a 100 series, and simply need my garage space back. The FJ is down to the frame, doors and top are stored in my daughter's bed room haha and everything else other than rolling frame has been kept in garage. I have everything needed to put it together. That being said, some things need to be cleaned, painted, or replaced depending on your end goal.

Thanks
Derrick

I'm about to have to take a drastic pay cut at work. Plus it's the holidays. $8000 OBO

Come on guys, reasonable offer. It's Christmas time and at Christmas time, as a Dad, you know you get to assemble stuff!!!

Hey man, I'm in cullman too. It might help adding a few more pics of what you have.... sounds like a bunch of stuff. Good luck with the sale!!

I've decided to just hang on to it and finish it up. It doesn't make sense to sell it for a loss when I went to so much trouble to get good quality parts. Thanks all!

Hang in there, it looks like a really solid project and you will be glad you did. If you sell before it is done you will just get back in eventually and may not have such a good start. These trucks are getting hard to find. Get those parts on the truck, give your daughter back her bedroom and have her help you wrench. She will make a great Toyota wife with that experience. Merry Christmas!

Man, that's some good advice! Thanks so much. I owned a CJ7 23 years ago, sold it because it was impractical, and have owned 5 since. I've learned that the more impractical, the more you'll miss it. You're right, the value of these things is ridiculous. I owned a 1970 VW camper that I bought off the original owner's son YEARS back. Was always garaged, looked immaculate. Sold it for $5k and thought I made a killing then. If I had only saved it...

Thanks again and Merry Christmas to you, my friend.
