Hi everyone,
I purchased this 75 40 a few years ago. It has already been converted to a 305 mated to a 700r4 and stock transfer case. It did not come with a front driveshaft.
I've been trying to find pictures of what an advance adapter 716370 : Toyota Land Cruiser Ultra Clearance Front Drive Shaft (coarse spline) | Advance Adapters - https://www.advanceadapters.com/products/716370--toyota-land-cruiser-ultra-clearance-front-drive-shaft-coarse-spline/ look like installed and couldn't find one. Also since I do not a driveshaft was thinking of getting one from

I found these threads, but hoping for more pics. I also not sure if the front output transfer case yoke assembly is stock or not.

I know Proffitt's Resurrection has a great video about installing 4l60s, which are essentially the same transmission, but I can't find it. Normally, guys trim off about a 1/2 inch from the pan of the trans to give the driveshaft better clearance when the suspension articulates. Any driveline shop can build you a driveshaft. You just need to give them measurements of the length and flanges usually.

Just circling back for the next guy,

I used the advanced adapter kit and brought it to driveshaftpro and built me a whole new driveshaft with the advanced adapter kit.

I had to use 7/16 grade 8 bolt on the differential side. Can’t find the M11 bolts.
