Can anybody help me here? I have a 2001 and I've started to hear a clunk, sounds like it's coming from the front suspension. Front suspension is stock and I have stiffer springs in the rear. The sound happens when the rear wheels go over a speed bump as the front of the truck is coming back up. I recently had the 90K service done with brakes & rotors - don't know if they could have done something. I also added sliders a few weeks ago. My first thought was the slider may be hitting or rubbing something. But I don't think that's what it is. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you torque the t-bars lifting the front end by chance before the noise started?

Yes, I did a couple of months ago. I don't seem to remember hearing the noise before the sliders were installed.

Mine did that for a few months. On mine it was the anti-sway bar rubbing (my was badly corroded...and post lift it wasn't moving in it's polished position as before the lift...now, 30k later, the anti-sway bar is polished again in it's new range of motion.

Or it could be the t-bars too. Did you install new t-bars apart of the lift? And if you did...did you coat the t-bar splines with anti-sieze or similar?
