Front Speakers - Vocals Issue (5 Viewers)

Hello -
2019 LC 200 with the JBL sound system.

I am having issues with both front door speakers. I cannot hear any vocals, only the bass is heard. Dealer replaced the speakers and the Amp and they are saying that it’s functioning properly. They don’t have another LC on the lot to compare though.

The audio does not sound right to me. It feels like all audio is coming from the dash instead of being stereo/surround .

Could someone tell me if vocals are heard from the front door speakers of their LC?

i listen to a lot of podcasts and sometimes while driving am left to wonder if my front speakers are working (i'll do the balance/fade test). everything works fine, i think it's just the nature of the JBL system. It's not nearly as good as the ML in the LX.

Front door speakers are for bass only, nothing is wrong, its designed that way.
