Front Seat Tracks

My front seats on my 62 are clicking and moving around a bit on turns. Feels like it is the seat tracks and not the common tack weld break that people seem to be post about.

Before I get in there and take the seats out, is there a common issue with these. I’d love to have an idea of what parts I need before I go in.

there are 4 bolts that hold the seat in place, 1 on each corner.
remove bolts, remove seat turn over and see what the issue is
each slide is held on by 2 bolts 1 on each end under the seat
until you get a good look at them, it is hard to say what is wrong
