Front Runner roof rack rails

Does anyone have fitting instructions for Front Runner roof rack rails for a 100 series? The older type that are aluminium extrusions / tracks not the newer style legs. I have acquired a set of tracks for my 100 with some fittings and although I should be able to figure it out having instructions would help identify if anything is missing.

Is there any kind of spacer between the track and the roof channel where it bolts down or does it rely on just pulling the track down snug?

There are spacers for the tracks in the instructions. However, those who I know that have the older style rack have said no spacers were included.

Thanks hoser, that's just what I needed I might make some spacers, seems like that would be stronger.

The new kits come with a bunch of black painted aluminum spacers, 2 per mounting location. You can pick them up at hardware stores, and paint em if you want them black. They go between the bolt hole and the foot of the bracket. I also tried some black plastic ones, they worked too. Shouldn't cost more than a few bucks.
