Front Fender Liner

I recently had my '21 LC200 undercoated for rust protection. They removed and replaced the fender liners during the process. I may be wrong, but it seems like the front passenger side is now missing part of the plastic fender liner. Here's a pic of what it looks like. The driver's side looks different and is fully covered without any holes.

Does this look correct to you guys, or did they not replace the liner correctly?

That looks normal to me. Those louvers are for engine intake (correct me if I'm wrong)

Yup, it’s fine. PS and DS sides are different. Your PS side looks normal.
