Its been about two months since i installed my tjm 2.5 lift with TC UCA's. I recently went back and tightened everything up and nothing appeared loose. I get some noise when hitting bumps at an angle and the passenger side is under compression amd the drivers side is unloaded. Cant reproducd the noise anu other way. I thought maybe strut bolt was loose but it is tight along with lower mount. Any one have any other thoughts?

What does it sound like?

Its not a squeak, its more of a clanking noise. Only when turning right and hitting a bump at the same time. Drivers side.

Sway bar bushing or other bushing

I'd check tie rod ends too.
Valid. Especially the inner joint. That ball and cup design gives out quickly with larger tires and offroad use. I had to put new tie rods on every 10 months when I went over 33" tires (until I got the massive ones).

I just saw this post after taking the drives side wheel off. I re-tightened everything again and noticed the UCA nut had worked loose. Torqued everything down and we'll see what happens tomorrow. If it still does it I will check the tie rod ends. The bushings still look good. I was thinking it was sway bar bushing but it looks good as well. Wouldn't hurt to change them with 106k on the truck now.
