1/8” and by my calipers it’s 0.1215” (3.02mm) seems plenty thick enough for what I need especially since it’s the same as the section I’m replacing.

Yota, my opinion and $5 will get you cup of coffee, but I think you are the coolest chick. I like reading your posts and looking at all the hard work you are doing. And what else is cool is that you post both success and failure and it doesn't appear that you are afraid of tackling shiznet. Right on.

X2. This girl is amazing. Watching your build thread, brave is the word that always comes to mind. Not scared of anything. Its inspirational seeing how far you are willing to go with that truck of yours. Just the number of skills you have picked up as a result of wrenching on that thing is impressive. As your name implies, you just never give up, even when I am sure there are plenty of moments you felt like doing so. You more than once have given me confidence to keep going when I thought I was in over my head and are always willing to lend a hand. Lots of great, talented folks on mud, but @NeverGiveUpYota is a real standout.
