Front Bumper Add-on Piece...Where to Acquire?

A few days in Dallas while I was dropping off a car at the upholstery shop, I spotted this Landy & was immediately intrigued by the front bumper add-on piece that appears to be OEM.

I'd like to pick up a similar piece for my 2004 LX470 if its available. Where does one buy one of these? I've seen them on European & Middle Eastern market 100-series, but never here in the U.S.

With the extra mirror on the driver fender, looks to be an import 100 series.

Didn't see any on eBay, but that would be your best bet to find one

Found it in the JP spec parts list.
