Came across this deal and couldnt resist front and rear 4:56 with arb"s
ive changed third members on many 40s in the past and im sure the rear would be straight forward on a 96 taco but am new to the front ifs clamshell type...How difficult is it to swap
These? 4hrs? Anyone...

Not overly complex but of course you have to pull the axle shafts out which involves a lot of labor. And while you're at it it would be a good time to change seals, bearings, etc and take a good look at the oil pan (on a 4-cyl anyway) as I believe that stuff has to come off to pull it anyway.

As far as hours that depends on the mechanic and the vehicle itself.
