That's right. I'm cleaning out my garage and have what was a working LaserJet I want to get rid of. I haven't plugged it in since I put it in there but it was working then. It comes with a brand new HP toner cartridge as well. It's also setup for networking.

First one to get it out of here gets it. I'm leaving in the morning for CT and if you want it and can make it easy for me to meet up with you I'll bring it along.

It's got to be a NO PITA transaction otherwise it's going in the trash.

For those who don't know this was the work horse of laser printers for the longest time and it comes with an 8 1/2 x 11 cassette tray.

I remember buying one of these back in 1987. Like a 2F or a 22RE, they are not the fastest, but they will run forever.

I have a LaserJet IIP that I've been using for years. Like you said they aren't the fastest but you get excellent print quality for your documents at a fraction of the cost of a bubble jet.

I'm heading to Stratton this weekend for the TT event. I'll be coming up from CT on Friday and heading to MA on Sat night or Sun Morning.

I leave in the moring so if we can work something out I'll throw it in back.

Thanks again Rick, it ran a test print just fine, cleaned it up and it looks great. I haven't been able to get my laptop to connect to it yet though (MacOSX 10.5) but I'll get that sorted somehow.
