Once you get seal tight on the MC... You almost think it's not working because it's so easy...

I made one of these couple of weeks ago with a $12 Northern Tool hand sprayer plus a few other bits. So easy once seal is tight on the MC is true but my first attempt the seal was not tight I pumped about a qt of brake fluid on the ground before I got the seal snugged down.

Yep... I did the exact same thing... kinda sucked...

Well, I guess I need to get one of these. I never did feel like I got the 80 brakes completely bleed out.

Franken Digger blew a PS line this last weekend... The pressure side.
Got that line ordered. Will be picking up these Matt just gave me specs on...

15" 5/8 & 28" of 3/8 transmission hose. I bought a kit from the 1fzphh site but should have just sourced it locally.

I'm going to go ahead and TRY to pull the cooler line out and install Bertha's tranny cooler in it's place... hopefully keep the temps down and NOT have to go to Hydro assist anytime soon. Wheel see.

Here is the setup I'll be replacing all rubber... and swapping the cooler lines

@bhmmapping, These dang hoses just DO NOT want to fit... I realize they're SAE but DANG, it's rubber... right?!

Removed the battery box for easy access...

I got HOSE.

Pulled the "cooling" line... so I can use Bertha's tranny cooler...

I pulled the reservoir too, they were hard to get on. Warm them up and put some atf on them and they should slide on

Well, the Trans cooler in the Power steering system... FAN-FRICKIN-TASTIC! It's nearly as good as hydro-assist! Not joking! Had zero problems with turning this past weekend!

Now, the bad:
The DANG key is so worn... I had to remove the tumbler ignition and use needle nose to start it! LOL. I was stuck at camp... I needed something! But this evening, I removed the tumblers and fastened the key as to never lose it with a leash. LOL. BOOM!
