Anyone have any advice along with a good easy spot to penetrate the body? I also have the LRA in the back squeezed between the spare and the body, so I'll be super careful with the drill.....

Please provide feedback if you have a good spot.
 
What are you trying to ground? There are some on the interior on the D-pillars under the plastic trim.
 
Thanks for this tip, but in reality I don’t want to have to pull the TrekBoxx to get there. I am just running a fridge. You think 10 ga wire is sufficient?
 
Why do you want to ground to the frame (I assume you're talking chassis)?

10ga is much more than adequate for a typical fridge that draws at most 5-7A when it starts up.
