Frame/Engine Serial Identification

Ive been reading the threads posted and I still cant figure this out...

Can someone tell me what year and month my 40 is. When I bought it I was told it was a 71. Im about to order a bunch of parts and I just want to make sure.

Frame : FJ40-105740
Engine: F355313
