Hello,

I am selling my 1988 FJ62 Toyota Land Cruiser. This rig has seen a lot of upgrades and it's been taken all over the USA on epic adventures.

Transmission cooler
Dual Battery system with Blue Sea smart relay, Yellow top, stainless trays and rear fridge hook up.
Aux temp gauge
Dynamat sound and moisture barrier, all doors and floors

NOS engine and transmission. 150k miles when installed, have put 20k miles on it.
Safari Snorkle
Rock Sliders by 4Plus
Kill Switch
3M Window tinting. Very dark, not quite limo tint. 10% I think.
ARB full sized 2000 Tour awning
James Baroud tent, White

Most work and servicing done by Land Cruiser NW in Portland, OR. Some wiring work done at Mudrak in Sonoma, CA. New Old Stock engine installed at Willamette Boulevard Service Center in Portland, OR. Exhaust was rerouted to accomodate the rock sliders.

Odometer shows about 335,000 miles
Engine and transmission have about 175,000 miles

Low lights:

Previous owner painted the rig, and the paint has worn is spots. If I keep it, I may get the rig painted.
First signs of rust are showing by rear wheel wells.
1 cracked headlight
The famous worn driver's seat
This is a 30 year old truck, so it leaks an un-alarming amount of oil.

I've taken this rig through Wyoming, Colorado (Imogene, Engineer, and other passes), California, Utah, and many other places. It's always been awesome!

I am not in a hurry to sell, and could enjoy driving this rig for another 10 years, but I've got some other projects I want to pursue.

I'll add more details as I remember them.

$29,500
Will consider selling for less without the roof tent.

Thanks for reading!

....and has a cracked headlight. It takes longer to write that into the ad than it does to just replace the light. Can we say "deferred maintenance"?

Yikes, I just saw it and thought folks might want to see it. I did not read the whole post nor do I have any investment. Just wanted to get it out to the community.

Cheer,
