Forum vendor ripped me off. Is there anything that can be done?

Updated- thread allowed contact with vendor and we straightened out the issue (backorder from manufacturer).

IMO, file the chargeback. It is your legal recourse. I'll address the rest once Shane has responded.

I can refund you, if you would like the $40. Just PM me your paypal email and I will be happy to.

Or the option I offered you in my reply, that was any combo that I have of my own stock. 1 green, 1 red, or blue. If you wanted to choose that option now.
