It's a little light on maintenance records, and the CarFax labels it a corporate car. However, it looks like it lived it's whole life Texas and only racked up 130k miles. Price is high, but you aren't going to find many in this shape at a lower price. (No association) I also attached the CarFax since it wasn't on the dealer site.

Price seems fair as long as things check out. I paid the same for an 06 with 132K miles. Ive seen some lately with a lot more miles so this seems very fair.
