Wow, I think that is the first mini truck axle breakage story I have heard in a long time, if ever. They are usually pretty stout unless you are doing some serious wheel hopping.

I'll tell you what, first semi obstacle on fordyce and Roger hits it, on the hard line and gives it all the pedal on the right and goes right up, Larry gets DENIED. Roger drives like he stole it. They drove from committee crossing to the top and back while me and Emmy played in the stream. Next day we leave and right outa committee crossing going between the trees Roger comes up lame, then a few mi;es ;ater on the road loses all power to rear.
Larry cracked his rear axle housing and the 40 started runin like shiat again but no breakage, course me and Emmy only drove around a little , we did not go all the way up.
