Parts for beer

1976 2F core - needs rebuilt - bad comp #s - includes manifold, carb, dizzy, few other things, water pump is frozen. Carb might or might not be servicable. Also have a 4 speed tranny that shifts but I don't know anything else about it. Once UC member has dibs but its up for grabs after him.

You can have the 2F for what I paid for it - 1 case of good beer of my choosing - you must pick everything up at my house.

I won't part this thing out and/or ship anything - I don't have the time so please don't ask.

Come and get it or it goes to the scrap yard with another 76 block and rear axle from a 60 as soon as I have a chance to get there.

Also have a set of 4 wagon wheels with AT tires. Tires are OK.

Man, it sure would have been easier for me to get that in Columbia. Hopefully I have a free FJ60 2F coming. I am sure someone will grab it before it goes to the scrap.

1989 FJ62 For Sale-Asheville. $6,500

Thought long and hard about it and finally decided that I must cull one from the herd. Four is too many.

This time, its the '89 FJ62 which must go. It has been lightly upgraded with new springs, shocks, steering stabilizer, new31 inch AT tires (very few miles), the new ARB bar, SROR sliders (not shown), new door gaskets, Scion stereo, etc. Far from perfect, this vehicle has the seat tear (masked by dark grey duct tape), and a quarter sized rust deal on the ds rear fender.

I feel confident in saying that it runs great (did 70 plus mph down to Greenville yesterday) and looks good. Burns no oil and the transmission shifts well. 212k. Its been to Tellico twice (got about 15 mpg out there in a convoy), but the only trail it saw was 1. (Wheeling is not part of my DNA)

Grey exterior, stock chrome wheels, cold A/C, good interior. I am the second owner and the first owner brought it up to Asheville from Florida soon after purchased. (garaged at home and at work by him) I think I have all the previous maintenance history from dealer. FSM, CB radio and mount, and old (in excellent shape) stock bumper included.

More pics to follow. If not sold by the Annual Meeting, I will drive it there and you can drive it then. I will not post (at least not for a while) on mud classified as this should remain a UC truck.
