For sale is my 1996 Lexus LX-450. I bought this from the original owner (retired doctor in Lake Tahoe) in January of 2008 with 121,000 miles. Three years later it now has 145,000 miles. I work from home and use it as my daily driver. I had planned on turning this into a mountain vehicle as a hobby, but with a 20 month old baby and another due in May, I picked the wrong time for a new hobby. Work/Upgrades I have done include a new starter and battery, new HD in-dash JVC radio, set of Alpine and Infinity door speakers in front and rear, and new BF Goodrich oversized tires. It runs great, and the local Toyota experts ( Toy Doctor Inc Toyota, Lexus & Scion-Home ) told me it is in excellent shape while working on it. On the exterior, it has paint chips and scuff/scratches, but overall looks pretty good for a 15 year old. The interior has no major rips, or tears. I can take some detailed pics per your request. I've researched the value, and $7,000 seems to be a fair asking price. I don't like to negotiate, so please don't try to offer me anything else (unless you want to offer me more than $7,000 :) ). This is a set price. If I don't get it, I'll just keep her.

Hey everyone, thanks for the interest, but it sold to "haas". I don't know how to delete this thread so hope this is good enough. One of the best old LX450's I have come across and I'm going to miss it! Hope to buy one again a few years down the road...

Congrats! Knew it would not last long.

You might want to edit the initial posting to indicate it is sold.

SOLD to me!!! The LX was in great condition. Possible issue with the CDL and ABS light not coming when in 4LOW, but nothing a little time reading and repairing can't fix. I'm pretty sure I have been the first person to EVER put the LX in 4LOW...
