Selling my 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser which currently has just over 85k miles. I am the second owner and bought this truck earlier this year to use as my daily driver, and as a platform to build an overland expedition vehicle for planned trips to Alaska and South America.
I did a nation-wide search over several months for a low-mileage 100 series early this year, and this was the best vehicle I found for sale during that time. Due to recent changes in my financial priorities I now need to get a vehicle that is more economical.
This 100 series cruiser is in excellent condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. The lower 1/3 of the truck is covered with professionally applied Rhino liner. Engine bay is very clean, with no leaks. The leather is in great condition, and has recently been reconditioned using Leatherique cleaner & conditioner. Light off-roading limited to forest service dirt roads, and some time spent near Amicalola Falls. It does have a couple of minor scratches and some light pin striping.I absolutely love this vehicle and hate to sell it, but doing what it takes to cut back on costs right now. I hope that its next home is to someone on the forum who will put it to good use, but will go on AutoTrader in a week or two if I still have it.
