work with set of coiovers from FOA and they are good .. I mean they have very competitive prices against King or Fox .. had one persistent leak from one of those, but got that solved after few times ..

When you open 'em you will be able to saw the differences about groove for clips and clips .. kind of stuff that it's top notch in other brands .. but they are still good option for the price ..

No personal experience here but some friends run them.

You get what you pay for and they are priced well for the weekend warrior.

If you are a perfectionist, I would avoid. If you want a functional item that may be lacking in beautiful machining, go for it.

Their customer service has improved ten fold since reopening after their shop fire.

Yeah, for the price I took a chance and ordered them today. I got 2.5 smooth bodies with remote rez, 90*swivel, and the better seals. I cant wait to take the first drive...

Chris the owner has a real good reputation for standing behind his product and taking care of issues and problems......i have heard from multiple sources to stay away from their bump stops though

Check out profenders too

I know of 8 sets of their bumps on weekend warrior trucks. All have held up well

I'm about to buy a set of their bumps for my 40 so I can take bigger hits going fast across the desert.

They are an entry level shock and have always treated me and the people I know that have purchased them very well. Yes I have had to deal with some leaks. And yes they have always taken care of me.

I would like to hear about issues with the bumps

I know from talking with others that they do have great customer service. No denying that.

X2 and in my case, customer service it's great and it's personal experience .. they not hesitate to solve or replace any that it's their fail ..

About bump stops .. why not the Daystar option .?

Daystar - Driven by Design

IMOP they work wonders .. with 0 problems and possible failures ..

Theres one guy on pirate who had the top blow off one of his bumps and go completely throught the pass. Seat Headrest. I ride with 2 people who have them and are having neverending leak issues with them! One of whom is a dealer for foa and even HE says to stay away from them, they both love the shocks though!

Sorry to keep raining on the parade here but another buddy has these on the front of his rig and they annihilated the bushings in short order, might have been too soft for the weight of the rog or something?

The Daystars are not a high speed air bump. They simply look like one but are still a progressive foam stop inside. They simply don't compare and the price reflects that.

In other words, I agree with Mookie on this.

Most of FOA's growing pains were just that, they will get all of their QC issues addressed in time.

My racer ran FOA's during KOH because they were used and he got them for super super cheap, but he had the end caps on the shock reservois blow off during the race. We only used 200psi, I hoping for his sack of not having to buy new ones that there was something wrong with them when he got them.

Only 200 psi?

I know that 200 psi is common, but your statement made it sound like there was 10 psi in there (course that could have been me reading between the lines incorrectly).

Never heard that Radflo wants 350 psi. You happen to know why so high? There is nothing fundamentally different with their coilovers than the others.
