My apologies if this has been posted somewhere else.

I'm looking at getting a set of Bronze FN BFD 18" wheels for a 2015 570. The wheels have a +12mm offset. Should I expect any issues with this offset or am I good to go.

Thanks in advance, probably a pretty dumb question but I want to double check before dropping $1k.

Not good to go.

The +12 offset is going to create more work with fitment issues and limit what tires you can run. With potentially compromised performance and handling. Unless you have a specific reason like prioritizing hard core rock crawling in trade with other compromises, stay between +25 to +40 offsets.

Here is an old thread that is worth reading. @TeCKis300 previously noted 20 rather 25.
Simple answer is anywhere between 60mm and 20mm would be good, with optimal offset being closer to 60 than 20.

Regardless staying closer to 60 is the real take-a-way.

Thank you, now I'm glad that I asked.

Well, offset really depends on what tire size you're planning to run with how much it's going to affect having to do trimming of body panels or body mounts. A +12 is fine if you're going to run close to stock tire sizes. But, as tire size goes up, you'll want to increase the offset to minimize scrub and issues with fenders. But, trying to run a 37" tire with a +60mm isn't going to work either, because it's going to be hitting the frame when turning, just as an example, not to mention you'll have to trim fenders and body mounts for that size anyways. But, it's not a simple answer one size fits all.
