Clocking the turbo was the most difficult part along with repositioning the wastegate.

Hot side done.

Intercooler on. Had to slightly trim the front grill.

Plenty of space here.

UPDATE!!
I've put the new intercooler setup to the ultimate test. Loaded the truck with furniture and various other things (approx 180kg) with me and the missus, going uphill in 4th gear with the ac on, the truck was pulling harder than being unloaded with only me behind the wheel and no ac. Forgot to mention that ambient temperature was around 44c at the time! Noticed a pressure drop of 1-1.5 psi, overall very impressed!!

Great news! I also found that an intercooler is a game changer for these motors. The dense cool air means more oxygen is getting into the motor, meaning lower EGT's. It allows for more boost and more fuel (more power).

The intercooler completely transformed the truck, I'm beating myself for not doing that mod earlier! On said uphill loaded with ac on I struggled to get egt's over 350c post turbo. I've never touched the diesel pump, it's my daily driver and I'm more than happy with its performance now. Keeping it as efficient to run as possible and reliable is my main goal.

@Tony89 , About how long did it take you to "re-clock" your CT-20?

Also, any "gotchas" involved with clocking the turbo?

Thanks,
Don

One of the challenges with clocking the compressor housing is how to mount the waste gate actuator after. Usually ends up being some custom brackets. I'm interested also in how you did this @Tony89. I can't see the waste gate actuator mounting in your pictures.
