Fluid Capacities: 1992 Landcruiser

Anyone have the following info on fluid capacities for a 92 Landcruiser:

1. Coolant
2. Transmission fluid when just draining the transmission

Also what is the mix of coolant and distilled water on a complete refill after flushing the system.
