Flickering Nav screen

Has anyone had there Nav screen flicker before? I just changed my alternator and it began happening. Here's a video of it. Another image flickers on the bottom half of the screen every 5-10 seconds.

Yes, when I was driving with a dead battery just running on the alternator.

You might want to get the charging system checked and load test the battery to see if it is good.
