The transmission cooling lines on my 90 FJ62 are pretty rusted and one was leaking badly. I thought that it would be a good idea to replace all of them. I mean how expensive could it be? I called Cruiser Dan. He says there are nine lines and they would cost almost a grand from Toyota! WTF! Does anybody have any good alternatives? The fittings are pretty shot so building lines is only possible if the fittings are available. They don't appear to be a standard fitting. Any in put is welcome.:crybaby:

Give me an idea what you are going to want for them. I have to decide how I am going to go with this and making them was leading the race right now.
Thanks

Do you need the soft lines from the radiator also ?

They are low pressure lines. Replace them complete with soft lines. Over on the yahole 3FE list, in the "files" section, poke around and you will probably find a tip on how to extract the hose fittings from your OEM hoses to re-use.
