My HJ60 (Canadian Spec) has a stock rear stabilizer.

Could be a 62 with Aussie/European mirrors. Sway bar points towards 62 for me, but they can be added and I would guess they were a dealer option in the later years of the 60 as stated before.

How 'bout a 60 that the Guinness-loving owner added 62 axles because he wanted the 4.11's and the rear bar?? Huh, huh??

Look like Aussie mirrors to me... :meh:

how about he broke his mirrors and put 60 ones on

You guys start to comment on the cruiser, like it is very unlikely you will encounter one in the wild.

Is it me or is it REALY unlikely that, not only the beer gets wondering of rather spectecular (I saw that before... I think), but that it's caught on tape as well, from rather scary angles.

No comment whatsoever...

Strange...

My vote is with T-Bones 60, a 60 (mirrors), rear stabilizer bars were availiable for 60's, not commonly fitted, but North American BJ's could have them (toyota P/N 48812-60020) at least. Not that anyone would put a non original part on their cruiser....

I have a stabilizer on my 60.......it was pretty easy to put in... It does have the little 60 mirrors....
so my point is...I can see someone putting in a stabilizer, but I cant see someone putting on smaller mirrors for an upgrade..:hhmm:
hence............fj60!

...

I definitely can tell he's running a Weber. I also can think there's a bug on his front headlight. :flipoff2:

I don't know what you guys are looking at... I think it's an 80 series...

In the other land in the back it looks like that 60:meh:

My 1983 BJ60 did not have a rear stabilizer bar, however my friend's 1985 BJ60 came with one from the factory.

Side vents on the front fenders - not a Canadian spec diesel (at least I'm pretty sure they were all ventless).

That is the most unsafe, OSHA disapproved rigging and picking of an I-beam I have ever seen....:hillbilly:

Don't know of any US 60's that came with a rear stabilizer bar although my 87 has the mounts for it on the rear.

Definately 60 mirrors.

Nice! I was gonna ask how you knew it was a 62 and not a 60, then I saw the rear stabilizer bar. Very observant! Did you see what state was on the lic plate? It was from the state of "drive safely".

I just put a stabilizer bar in my 60 so there goes that theory.

60 All the way! :flipoff2:

All I know is i want his tail lights, and (i am a new FJ60 owner) there is a rear window defroster does that apply to different years or different packages? eithr way it is in a commercial.
