Wanted Fj62 gas tank

Anyone have a good fj62 gas tank. I have a fj60 with a vortec and need a efi gas tank. Thanks

the only difference is how the pump mounts to the tank versus the pickup tube assembly
are you using an external pump? your existing tank will work just fine with a pump mounted on the frame rail

Thats what ive been doing. And it vapor locks. Read that a 62 tank solves the problem with the pump in the tank and how everything routes apparently. Runs great the way I have it but after a hour or so on the trail it start to sputter and I undo gas cap and it lets out a ton of air. I may have another issue somewhere else but with the tank having so much pressure when I undo the cap I started there. And found that someone had ran a 62 tank to solve there same issue and there fuel pump in the frame rail was getting to hot.

Yep, but 62 tanks are getting hard to find, a lot of people (including myself) have modified 60 tanks to use a in-tank pump. All the info is in the 60 section if you can't find a 62 tank
