...as for myself guys, I have not had the time, what with firewood and hunting to pull the dif and see whats in there. Yes trotter, I will drain it first and look at the fluid. Lucky for me I have a parts rig. I'll keep post here when I get it out. I have done all of the above other that pull said trans and trans case, but 'my' noise seems farther forward.
