No, I totally forgot about those two shops! I've been out of the Land Cruiser scene for a few years having sold both our 40's. I just had to buy an FJ80 for my oldest son to learn to drive and maintain it! Both are fun to watch, but someday the driving will be less terrifying.

I have a h150 transmission and transfer case from a fj80. It was attached to a 3f, this engine and transmission combo have about 1500 miles. This has been sitting in my basement for about 15 yrs. It was for a project that will never happen. It will mount to a 3f,2h ,2f. It has a 1/2 inch plate that mounts to the block, the transmission mounts to the plate. This is all factory Toyota , it was the transition from 3f to 1fzfe.
It uses the pressure plate and clutch from a 2f.
The shifter is not shown but will come with the transmission
It will not work on 1hdt, 1hdft or 1fzfe different input shaft.
For someone trying to put a 5 speed into an fj80 I believe this is the easiest way to go.
