As a follow up to passing a failed smog recently, I went for the rusty roofline repair.
I had a 110 mig welder and zero experience.
Considered a convertible, but didn't see a way to do it that appealed to me.
Didn't want to find and deal with a whole donor roof. She's already got lots of dents and dings.
Popped out the back windows, carefully removed headliner, and then went to town.
So much pinhole chasing.
One tear in passenger a pillar, but the headliner went back in cleanly. A couple more trim pieces to go.
