Wanted FJ60 primary slow jet (65)

Hello everyone

I’m in need of a primary slow jet for an FJ60. The one marked “65”. In rebuilding a carb I noticed someone hogged out the jet badly. Probably to compensate for vacuum leaks.

Pretty much any complete Carb kit will have one, though it may be a '63' in some kits if not USA spec. I may have a loose one somewhere, but won't be able to look until the weekend.

This kit has the '65' slow, '100' 2nd slow, if you want to order from Middle East. There some on ebay, shipped from other far off lands. The main and 2nd jets are different from USA spec, though. There's four or five for the different world markets and the power valve jet.

These Japan-made Napco kits are nice since they still come with a leather pump plunger and the gaskets are better quality than the Keyster

Thanks @Spike Strip. I did another search based on your info. I see that the full kits have the jets. Good info.

Maybe I can just buy the kit off of you?

Another thing, do full kits come with the little mesh filter under the needle valve base? I’m missing that here too.

Yes, the seat for the needle does have the fine mesh filter like the OE one. FAIK, it's the only aftermarket kit that does.

Also, the boot for the pump plunger seems to last, unlike the ones in other kits that disintegrate after a year or two.

Also, be aware, these kits DO NOT come with the two small O-rings that go on top of the venturi, between the airhorn, for the HAC system, as that is a USA spec thing only. But those are very easily made from a piece of 3mm vacuum tube or I've seen high-quality O-rings on McMaster Carr that look like they'll work.
