If you are looking for a used one be sure to get at least one master key that is already programmed to it or it will not work. If this is for an engine swap a Tundra ECU would be a better choice as it does not have an engine immolbizer like the 100 does.

Thanks for the reply Dan. I had no idea about the immobilizer issue. This is for a swap. Motor came out of a Sequoia. Going into my 93 4Runner.

Go back to your original post and edit it.
Since this is an engine swap you should use a Tundra ECU as those are the only V8 applications that do not use the engine immobilizer.

That looks to be right. Just please double check the size of the opening where the cap goes. I need it to be 1.5 inches. I now have 3 of the wrong ones. I guess people do not know haw to use a ruler or set of calipers. If you have another, I do need 2.

looks to me like the opening on this one is 1 3/8". the OD of the neck is 2" at the top.

The problem I am having is finding a locking gas cap th fit the larger (older) opening. no one seems to make one. I am having a problem in my neighborhood, where gas caps and gas seem to be growing legs and leaving my Cruisers. I guess if I can not find a OE one, I will have to cut and weld a newer opening to the older neck. Or something like that..
