I've had decent luck with stripped Phillips using a 1/4 socket driver (screwdriver head) and using a allen head bit that I hammer into whats left of the screw head.
Useless trivia - Phillips screw heads were developed by the Germans as a torque stripping screw head. They were a 1 time install item. That's what I heard anyhow.
Looking for the "under the tranny" crossmember and tranny mount found on '60 series. I'd need the angles which attach to the frame, the crossmember and the tranny mount.
Hey Burnt03,
If you haven't purchased the windshield knobs yet, shoot me an email at eric@goebelercompany.com with your mailing address and Santa will drop two of them in the mail. Tis the season for giving....
All kidding aside, I have a couple on my work bench that I will be happy to get to you to help you out if you have yet to get them. I'll be back at my office on the 15th.
Eric
I've got some rancho 5000's that may have 100 miles on them. I had them on my '76 but ended up going with a lift kit that came with shocks. email me if interested.
