Drivelines

I have swapped from 79 style square pinion flanges and output flanges to 86+ round style on the drivetrain of my 1980 FJ40. I need round style d/s flanges now too - does anyone have any suggections? Should I source flanges and swap them on the d/s's or should I get d/s's with the flanges and have them cut to fit?


Does anyone have FJ60 front or mini driveshafts for sale?

Hi all,

I need p/s hoses for a 12/79 FJ40. I need the two that actually screw into the p/s box and the p/s pump. I have the cooler line.

Rick, I'd get the shafts with the correct flanges then resizing them to fit the 40. BTW, later 60 series fronts aren't going to have the double cardan joint, if that is what you are after.

Looking to trade - I have a set of new Alcan 4" springs for an FJ40 (pre-81). Rear are centered. Willing to trade for a set of OME 2.5" springs.

need a GBS or status monitor for an 80

Some knucklehead PO wanted to try out his new Wal Mart wire cutters and cut the wires to the status monitor on our 96 80.

It is an RS3000 system. I really need the Glass Breakage Sensor as the wire to it is gone. I can use the LED as it has enough to splice, but if you have the whole status monitor (especially a vertical one) with some wire that would be cool.

And if anyone would have an intact harness to the RS3000 or even pieces let me know as I would like a certain chunk the idiot PO proudly tossed in the trash before the aforementioned wire cutters went south after 10 minutes.

Let me know if you can help, or just happen to have some pretty wire next to a pair of cheap wire cutters.

Cross Member support for my 1972 40

I am Looking for a Cross Member support for my 1972 40...

I believe Advanced Adapters makes one that mounts the the rear of the xfer case.
