Wanted FJ60 in Portland, OR

I've been looking for a FJ60 around the Portland, OR area for a while. I recently discovered this forum and thought I'd post in hopes of finding my first LC. Here's what I'd like:

• Under 250K miles
• Blue/grey interior
• Blue/grey/white/silver exterior
• All or mostly rust free
• Upgrades such as roof rack, Old Man EMU, and ARB bumpers, 5-speed conversion are welcome
• Prefer later years (85-87)
• Near or around Portland/Seattle.

For example, I recently saw this ad which is 100% what I want except it's a 62 and I don't have the time to travel to Denver: 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62 $16,000

The vehicle will be used as a daily driver as well as weekend trips into the mountains.

I've been hunting for a while and willing to stretch my budget for the right rig.
