You can get the round knob from City racer. Otherwise, the more modern 5-speed knob is still available from Toyota.

Edited post: Looking for the 60 series Knob.

Wish someone made this insert which is the correct knob for the 40 series. The 40 series shared the same knob as the 60 series knob, insert was different. Four speed shift cane always used the same thread. Five speed cane thread were the same as 60 and 70 series.
