Just FYI:
Wipers out of sync?
Loose bushings?
I purchased this wiper linkage/wiper transmission kit on Ebay. The kit ships from the UK.
The Kit was designed to repair every bushing in the wiper linkage rods (known as the wiper transmission, no really! Google it)
The bushings fit the 60, 62, and 80 Series cruisers with a slight modification. The original Toyota bushings were a very tight press fit and did not/should not rotate in place.
The repair bushings have a notch to keep the bushing from rotating in place every time the wiper motor/arm actuates the wipers. You would need to cut a receiving notch when installing the bushing. Or your wiper control arm may already have this notch.
