heres another vote for the sor foam. i thought it was expensive too but in this case you do get what you pay for. its not just "foam" like at an upholstery shop, its formed foam and as i remember its very firm.

i replaced those when i got the seat cover set:

while i sometimes thinks SOR sort of pushes the price issue, in this case i thought all their products have lived up to my expectations, and particularly those foam pads were worth every penny in comfort now.

please note i dont work for SOR but if they wanted to give me a discount (or free shipping!) i wouldnt hesitate to take them up on the offer. as it is, if youre ever in the area, you need to stop by their "museum", and you will see what i mean when you get there!

You could find an HJ61 and borrow its interior like I did. Power windows and Heated seats too.
I havent installed the new carpet yet in these pics.
