The OEM for Toyota brake rotors is Mountain Brand. Was once available here, but I don't see them anymore ... Also, not much of a price difference from the dealer or MUD vendors.

“Mountain brand” is a bit of a misnomer.
The three triangles on castings is for Aisin Takaoka which casts metal parts for Toyota brake systems— calipers, rotors, drums, brake cylinder castings, master cylinder castings, clutch master castings, etc.
What I bought was branded as 'Mountain' Or whomever did the import/marketing sold it that way...

Ultimately, now, doesn't matter, impossible to find Made-In-Japan rotors unless you buy from Toyota.

Bought these rotors (43512-60100) for my 60 and picked up new lugs too, but the lugs (90942-02053) sit loose in the rotor holes. Guessing I have the wrong lugs? Anyone have the correct part number for the lugs to use with these rotors?
