Last week I bought two FJ60's in southern Illinois, and the seller also has a FJ55 he wants to sell. He said it ran when he parked it a few years ago, he planned to restore it but never got around to it. It has been sitting outside and has some rust on the body, from the front wheels forward looked better than the rear of the truck. I had intended to take more pictures and do a closer inspection but it started a downpour as we were loading my trucks on the trailer and never let up and I never got a chance to look at the frame. The seller's name is Tony and he has moved on to other interests and wanted to get these vehicles out of his yard without scrapping them. He is located just a few minutes off I-24 near Vienna, IL which is about 20-30 miles north of Paducah, Kentucky and he asked me to put the word out for him. I don't know him at all and live 90 miles south, but he seems to be a straight-up guy, our dealings went well and I believe he will tell you the truth about the truck.
