wanted to introduce myself as the new owner of this 45 from Dubai. Care is en route to me in Boston where I will start to shake it down and see what it needs. Seems to not need much. One thing I would really like is a canopy for the bed. Hopefully trollhole and Radd cruisers chime in as those are the members that seem to have posted nice examples but if anyone else can offer up some info on where to find them, I would greatly appreciate it.

Nice. Clean. What year? In the Aus market the cowl vent stopped in 1976 [?] but the square bezel began in 1979/1980.

Very Nice. Re: Bed canopy, mine came from Australian Parks and Wildlife with a steel canopy and rollers where they transported a small boat. Very cool but heavy. I'm in the middle of my refurb now. Working on De-construction at the moment.

Your car looks awesome kfj45. That will be a fun restore. Are you going to stick with metal or go to canvas? Would love detailed pics so I can get a similar one built.

It's an '81 by the way.
